Jimmy is an angel! I was stranded around the corner at the pharmacy due to a dead battery. I called AAA and it took over 1 hour for a driver to come. I called Lynch Collision out of desperation it was so hot on a Friday night close to 5pm after sitting outside for 50 minutes in 100 degree heat waiting on AAA. Finally I decided to call Lynch Collision which was literally around the corner and Jimmy came in 5 minutes! He jumped started my car and advised me to go straight to the store and get a battery and replace it because if I turned off the car it would not start again, he was absolutely right. I offered to pay him and he refused payment. This was truly an angel sent by God. A young man on a Friday night at 4:50PM came to my rescue. He didn't have any regards for my race, age, status he just wanted to help. They truly don't make people like this anymore. His parents need to be commended for raising such a kind hearted young man. I've had work done in the past there and never had a problem, always yielded excellent results. Thank you Jimmy, I'll never forget what you did for me! God bless you.

Had a ding in my truck door. They did quality work. They worked with insurance for me, texted me updates on everything, and even detailed my truck inside and out before giving it back. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Edit: I had to bring it there again to replace a bumper. Once again, they did a fantastic job and took care of everything from insurance to the rental so I didn't have to worry about anything.

Brittany and Jim provided a level of customer service that is just not seen anymore. They kept me informed the entire process, fixed what they were supposed to the first time and got me the truck back when they said they would. They even cleaned my truck on delivery!!
